Misfortune is an hour-long theatrical magic show conjured by magician Evan Northrup. Set in Salem, Massachusetts, it walks the eerie line between superstition and luck — blending immersive storytelling with astonishing sleight-of-hand.

Presented in the historic Salem Athenaeum reading room, seating is intentionally limited to preserve an intimate atmosphere—plan ahead so you don’t miss your chance to experience Salem’s premier parlor magic show.

Please note: The building entrance is located up one flight of stairs.
