Closed for July 4

Due to the air conditioning issue in the reading room, we’re extending our holiday weekend. The Athenaeum is closed on July 3, as well as the already scheduled July 4 holiday.

A new air conditioner is scheduled for installation on Tuesday, July 7, so we will be back in business as usual very soon!

Please note: this outage only affects the main level reading room. The special collections are safe and climate controlled!
