Each November, The Salem Literary Festival brings readers, writers, and publishers from all over the country together for three days of learning, discussion, and celebration. From panels on science and fantasy in poems, to prompts that will shake you out of your funk, there is fun to be had for every type of lit lover.
Kick off on Thursday, November 12, at Salem State University with a reading by Frank Bidart. Stacy Schiff, author of Cleopatra, will speak at PEM on Friday, November 13 about her new book, The Witches: Salem, 1692. Spend all day Saturday, November 14, at the Salem Athenæum with local talent to listen, write, and celebrate!
Tickets available at salemlitfest.org.
