Currently on tour in Australia, Nicole Zuraitis returns to the Athenaeum reading room with the celebrated Dan Pugach Quartet and hotter than ever after winning a 2024 Grammy!
In addition to her Grammy honor, Nicole has distinguished herself as being the only person, as of 2024, to have ever won Best Jazz Vocal album for a recording completely written and arranged by the artist herself.
How Love Begins was co-produced with legendary bassist Christian McBride and spent four months in the Top 20 on the Jazz Week Radio Charts. It is now available in a new extended edition with a new track order, alternative takes and a Dolby Atmos mix of “20 Seconds.” Listen to a sample.
Nicole also participated in the new album, Last Sundays in Plains: A Centennial Celebration, a project featuring recordings from former President Jimmy Carter’s final Sunday School lessons delivered at Maranatha Baptist Church in his hometown of Plains, Georgia, as well as soulful songs from Nicole and Jon Batiste, Keb’ Mo’, LeAnn Rimes, Darius Rucker and others.
