April is National Poetry Month. Come fill up with verse! Join the Thursday Poets, a local group that supports poetry in the community, for a celebration of Salem’s remarkable poetry scene. Nine poets will read a sample of poems by a fellow poet and offer an appreciation of it. Poets include Kathleen Aguero, Kevin Carey, M.P. Carver, Cathy Fahey, Richard Hoffman, Jennifer Jean, Kali Lightfoot January Gill O’Neil, and Elisabeth Weiss.
