Salem Ancestry Days Event

If you’ve watched Antiques Roadshow, then you know how this works. It’s a virtual show and tell with Maureen Taylor, The Photo Detective. Maureen weighs in on your photo mysteries and helps unlock the secrets and stories of old family photographs.

Maureen, a photo identification expert and genealogist, will show you how to study the clues in your old family photos to put names to faces, and using clothing, accessories, and hairstyles date the images.

Maureen’s focus will be on photographs that will have been submitted ahead of time from Zoom attendees like you. Submit your photo by Wednesday, April 27 at 11:59 p.m. at the link below and your ancestor may be featured!
